This class caters to the beginner student and regular yoga enthusiasts. Bringing movement and the breathe together while learning twists, backbends, and approachable inversions that explore both beginner and intermediate poses. Each class will bring a different vibration, from a gentle, relaxing flow to a little more upbeat and faster paced flow depending on the needs of each student in class that day. Modifications will be given, allowing the students to choose between a more beginner or a more advanced practice. Every class will contain visualizing meditations to help bring the mind to a more centered and peaceful state, preparing you for the rest of your day.
PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2 If you are signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to cancel.
