Wake up to a softer, more relaxing
practice geared toward meditation. Combining gentle yin poses held
between 3-5 minutes with a guided meditation intended to calm the
mind and slow down the thoughts for more clarity and peace in your
daily life!

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
