<p>The Intermediate Series is a collection of 40+ postures taken from the Ghosh Advanced Class; a traditional practice consisting of 90+ postures. Focus is on upper body strength and deeper hip and spine opening.</p>
<p>This class builds on our beginning Original Hot Yoga class. We recommend that students have at least 6 month's yoga experience and are familiar with the 26 posture beginner sequence.</p>
