This 60' block brings a little Core Strength and some Ying & Yang into your training regimen from the comfort of your home.
We start off with 30' of CXWORX; a core-focused total body strength training workout and then we follow it up with 30' of BODYFLOW; a class that uses a combination of Tai chi & Yoga-based movements to focus on flexibility.
