Our online Beginning Yoga class introduces you to basic yoga poses and alignment, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being. Join experienced teacher Jeremy and enjoy improved flexibility and balance while learning to practice yoga safely and effectively from the comfort of your home in this fun class.
Not available on Wednesdays? No problem! Everyone registered for this online Beginning Yoga session will receive a link to a recorded copy of the class each week. The online class will be livestreamed Wednesdays at 5:30pm and will include time to ask questions and connect after class. On Thursday morning, the link for the recorded class will be emailed so you can practice at your convenience later in the week or throughout the session. The recorded classes expire one week after the last class of the session.
NOTE: Our Beginning Yoga classes are suitable for all ages and body types but not recommended for pregnant women (see prenatal yoga) or individuals with significant illness or injury. Private sessions can be scheduled to address specific needs in a safe, one on one setting. Please check with your doctor and the studio if you have any questions or are unsure if it is a good time for you to begin a yoga practice.
