Join Kristin on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings to move, breathe, and connect across the web. On Mondays we’ll explore movement to energize us and mindfulness to center us for the week ahead. On Saturdays we’ll explore a variety of shapes as we unwind the stress and tension that has accumulated during another week of the stay-at-home mandate. This class works with both yin and yang as we seek to balance our energy - body, mind, and spirit. After class, there is an opportunity to connect with other class participants and with Kristin via audio or video if you would like to join in for a moment. All are welcome!
