Exploring the Koshas Session I - Growing and Evolving in the
layers of our Being.
According to the yoga tradition, the Koshas are five layers of
being. Starting from the outermost layer and moving to the core of
the self, each layer is made up of increasingly subtler energy:
from the physical body, to the energetic body, to the mental body,
to the wisdom body, and finally, to the bliss body. Join Cynthia to
learn more about each of the 5 Koshas and how we can stay healthy
during these uncertain times as we journey inward to deepen our
understanding and explore how we grow, evolve, and build resilience
through our various levels of consciousness. Each week we will
delve into a specific kosha with awareness, discovering how we
influence each layer and how all of the layers influence each
other. Emerge with a greater understanding of how your yoga
practice awakens energy and releases stagnation on multiple levels.

This online session includes yoga philosophy, guided yoga
practice, breathing techniques, meditation, journal writing, and
group discussion time. Can't make it on Mondays? No problem! Sign
up for the 5 week session and receive a link to the recorded class
each week to view at your convenience throughout the session. Drop
ins are available for $18/class, but the recorded session will not
be shared. Drop ins are livestream only.
