relaxation, empowering yourself with useful tools to stay focused
and calm during labor and on into motherhood! Join in this safe and
supportive weekly yoga practice to help alleviate some of the
common discomforts and stresses of pregnancy. This semester class
brings together pregnant women of all ages and stages; please
consult your physician or midwife before beginning prenatal yoga if
