The Practice is a more than just a yoga class, it’s a practice
on the mat that enables us to live into our full potential off the
mat. We’ll weave asana, pranayama, mantras, bandha, and meditation
into powerful and subtle sequencing designed to re-balance the
body, steady the mind, and remind you of your essential nature.
Inspired by the practices of Yoga & Ayurveda, this in-depth
class is for students with some foundational yoga experience and is
an appropriate preparation for Sva Sadhana, Kara’s 9-month Yoga
& Ayurveda training program.
In October, the Practice will focus on cleansing for the fall
