Practice sitting, walking and
guided meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hahn, as well as
discussing the joys and challenges of practicing mindfulness in our
daily lives. This is a free/on donation event led by the
Mindfulness Meditation Community of Kalamazoo. No meditation
experience is necessary- come give it a try!
For the summer months, this
practice will take place in Milham Park. Please wear a mask and
bring something to sit on - you are welcome to bring a lawn chair,
a yoga mat or beach towel, a cushion, bug spray, a water bottle or
any other items that will help you be comfortable sitting in the
park.
