Yoga Flow & Meditation - All Level:
The class is a gentle yoga flow
intended to ease the body and mind and relieve you of any stress
and tension from the prior day. Calming breathing techniques
will be intregrated into this practice along with a savasana
meditation giving you a moment to create space for peace and
stillness.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
