This class caters to the beginner student and regular yoga enthusiasts. Bringing movement and the breathe together while learning twists, backbends, and approachable inversions that explore both beginner and intermediate poses. Each class will bring a different vibration, from a gentle, relaxing flow to a little more upbeat and faster paced flow depending on the needs of each student in class that day. Modifications will be given, allowing the students to choose between a more beginner or a more advanced practice. Every class will contain visualizing meditations to help bring the mind to a more centered and peaceful state, preparing you for the rest of your day.
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
