Yoga Tone (60) All
Levels:
This class is intended to warm your body, tone your
muscles, and build strength, stamina, and balance. We will be using
the breath to guide us from one pose to the next while finding the
movement and stillness to strengthen body before ending class with
a mind-clearing Savasana meditation.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
