Yin Yoga (60m)- ALL
LEVELS:
Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga
invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while
nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at
its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. Poses are held
for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class
will also complement your Vinyasa practice.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
