This class is aimed to ease tension and stress with a restorative yoga sequence. Using yoga props to hold so you are able to surrender into your poses for 3-5 minutes at a time. Each class will leave time for an extra long meditation that will lead you to a calm and quiet mind and relaxed body.
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
