<p style="text-align: center;">This class is aimed to ease tension and stress with a restorative yoga sequence. Using yoga props to hold so you are able to surrender into your poses for 3-5 minutes at a time. Each class will leave time for an extra long meditation that will lead you to a calm and quiet mind and relaxed body. </p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:</span></strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1. </span>To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2. </span> Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3.</span> About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.</strong></span></p>
