<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The beginner yoga series is a great way to start your yoga practice if you are brand new or in need of a refresher course. This 4-week series teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Students learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. </span></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">We will spend time discussing the different styles of yoga offered at the studio and which classes are a good fit for you. Learn about yoga props, how and when to use them to benefit your practice, the best way to find alignment in yoga postures for your body, and explore the importance of breath and several different breathing techniques used in yoga classes. Plus, learn ways to modify the practice to meet you where you are on the mat. </p>
