This class that includes a slow yoga sequence intented to help you release any stiff tension within the body and let go of any stress from the prior week. Using the breath to calm down the mind and guide you through your practice with grace and ease and ultimately leading you into a mind-clearing Savasana meditation.
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
