Please come join Sunnah Rose for this two hour Pregnancy Yoga session
Each session will offer a physical yoga practice, movements that are suitable for the growing pregnant body and that you can take with you into your birth. There will also be lots of work with the breath and some pelvic floor work. Each session will end with a really lovely relaxation.
These sessions offer a safe and effective form of yoga designed to help you develop physical strength and suppleness; feel comfortable with your breath and how it can support you at this time in your life as well as help you to develop confidence in your body’s innate ability to give birth.
