For the intermediate student who has an understanding of alignment in basic yoga asana. At the discretion of the instructor, students will experiment with more advanced poses that could include backbends, inversions, or vinyasa flow. Poses are typically held for longer time and more variations of postures are introduced.
Suggested props: one belt, one block and four firm blankets.
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
