This class will soon be renamed “Weekly Wind Down” A beginner yoga classs - suitable for new practitioners, those who want to get back into yoga, or more advanced practitioners who want to get back to basics. Modifcation and prop suggestions are always offered! All levels are welcome.
Limit 8 students. Reservations MUST be made at leat 30 minutes in advance. If you do need to cancel, you must do so a minimum of 1 hours in advance or you will be charged.
