This is a class for all levels, focusing on strengthening, well-aligned, Iyengar-style-based Yang poses and movement, incorporating gentle Yin stretches that quiet the nervous system. A short meditation may also be included in this well-rounded class.
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
