Get ready to play in this fun and exciting Reformer/mixed equipment class! Each class will use at least two props to help challenge and activate your muscles in new and different ways. Some props you will use are: Smartbell, Pilates ball, free weights, long/short box, Bosu, dowel rod, Pilates ring, rotator discs and whatever else we can come with.
*This is a level 2/3 Intermediate - Advanced class. It is suggested that you have Reformer experience before taking this class and are comfortable balancing on the moving carriage in a kneeling position, holding a plank position and performing standing balance work. Please ask your instuctor for a modification if you feel unsafe performing an exercise.
