and Barre. It is also one of the most difficult ones.
How do you plank?
This 90 minute workshop will cover the following:
- Mind-muscle connection. Connect with your lower and upper
abs,
- Core activation for moms (regardless of postpartum stage),
- Troubleshooting lower belly pouching,
- Progression and regression of a plank,
- Pressure management during planking to keep your pelvic floor
safe,
- Common mistakes in planks and how to fix them,
- 20 minute workout to practice new skills.
This very interactive workshop is for every woman and every fitness
level, offered
in person and online (space is limited for both options).
$20 per person.
