Connect to the breath through movement and stillness. By exploring the breathe through different asanas and flows, learn to cultivate unity between body, mind and spirit. Creating this connection within can help us go beyond the physical self, connecting us to the higher divine universal source of energy. Remember who you are at your core, and surrender to the present moment of loving awareness.
This class is rooted in Hatha teachings and techniques and also incorporates vinyasa flow.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
