For students with pain or injuries in the back, neck and shoulders, “Back Care Yoga” is a slower paced class using the support of props. Students are introduced to movements and poses that encourage improved postural alignment and freedom from pain. This class is also ideal for beginning students in search of a more gentle introduction to yoga. If you rate your level of back pain between 5 and 10 (on a scale of 1 to 10), please contact us so that you may speak to the teacher prior to class.
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
