For students who have some understanding of the alignment concepts, relevant anatomy, and basic vocabulary, Level 1 classes expand the exploration of pre-asana and classical yoga asanas, introducing some intermediate asana and refinement of alignment.
Suggested props: one belt, one block, and a chair.
