Start your weekend with this class open to all levels. Yoga for Healing is designed to use the art of yoga and the science of Ayurveda to bring balance and peace to one’s body and mind. We’ll practice particular movements, certain breathing exercises and subtle therapies to allow each student to have their own deep and safe experience of healing, and to heal and prevent future disease.
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
