Join us from home: Yin Yoga taught by a dedicated Yoga Teacher who will guide you safely and personally. Yin Yoga represents an application of a Taoist to some of the mechanical practices of Hatha Yoga. This practice targets deeper connective tissues around major joints of the body for the flow of vital energy nourishing the organs and releasing toxins. Learn to relax in order to stay in a pose passively for a period of time. It is a perfect complement, a balancing practice for your more active style of yoga.
Your room may be heated to 26 and up to 34 degree celsius (but cool is good too)
