Mommy & Me yoga is a beautiful kind of partner yoga for you and baby to bond with one another while connecting with other moms as well. The different sections of this class generally include postnatal adaptations of yoga postures to help mama reset, shared “partner” poses, and special postures and exercises just for baby.
And it’s not just for the mamas- it’s an option for all parents and caregivers. The baby should be 6 weeks+ or mom should be cleared for exercise by a physician or medical professional.
Age of babies: 6 weeks - crawling. All levels.
Bring a yoga mat for yourself. Recommended but not required to bring a baby carrier.
