Youth Yoga & Meditation (Ages: 10 - 16)
Limber Tree invites your kids to join our amazing teacher, Laura, this fall for a super fun, weekly yoga class for kids!
This class offers your child an authentic yoga practice that will help them manage the stress of the new school year. This series will introduce your child to basic breathing techniques, yoga poses and meditation, which will provide them with the tools they need to control their emotions and the stress of 2020.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED -
Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2
If you are
signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your
instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to
cancel.

Please try to preregister at least 90 minutes before class.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
