This is a virtual Zoom Mat class.

This is a class taught by student teachers.  Please note -they are still learning- and truth be told, it is A LOT harder to teach Pilates than it looks.  ;-).

There is no charge for the class, but you must register online and sign the release of liability.  Please notify us of any contraindications/limitations before your first class so we can best teach you.
