This class is suitable for beginners or experienced
practitioners who want to learn about each of the 26 90 minute
series postures in depth to receive maximum benefit and maintain a
healthy body. This class will include all postures in the 90
minute hot class and will be slightly condensed to 80 minutes to
allow for discussion of one specific posture in the series each
week. Modifications will be offered to help any yogi find the
most beneficial movement for their body.
