Our online classes are hosted via Zoom. You must a zoom account in order to take class.
With over 15 classes a week, 7 days a week, you can workout from your living room as many as times you want. Mat up, we got you, and we want you moving. Especially now.
After you sign up for class, you will be sent the meeting ID and password. You simply join the meeting using the information from the email.
