This “on your mat” shaping and toning class combines heart pumping cardiovascular exercises and light weight/high rep sculpting followed by deep restorative stretching. Using body-weight , light dumbbells, Pilates balls and bands, this class is designed to create full-body burn while stretching the entire body.
