<p>New to practicing Hatha Yoga? This class is for you! A yoga class described as ‘Hatha’ will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. we will introduce you to the fundamental postures that make up a yoga practice along with helpful tools, tips, and modifications to support you along the way. No tricky transitions! You can look forward to this class easing you into a beginner’s practice that you can then build from and strengthen at your own pace - taking away tidbits of information each time to help you better understand this form of self care at a deeper level. There will focus on breathing as well as tuning your awareness into your mind and body. We hope this class serves you as a stepping stone into a yoga practice that you can come back to for a lifetime!</p>
