New to practicing Yoga? This class is for you! During 60 minutes of gentle flow, we will introduce you to the fundamental postures that make up a yoga practice along with helpful tools, tips, and modifications to support you along the way. No tricky transitions! You can look forward to this class easing you into a beginner’s practice that you can then build from and strengthen at your own pace - taking away tidbits of information each time to help you better understand this form of self care at a deeper level. There will focus on breathing as well as tuning your awareness into your mind and body.
