New to practicing Yoga? This class is for you! During 60 minutes of gentle flow, we will introduce you to the fundamental postures that make up a yoga practice along with helpful tools, tips, and modifications to support you along the way. No tricky transitions! You can look forward to this class easing you into a beginner’s practice that you can then build from and strengthen at your own pace - taking away tidbits of information each time to help you better understand this form of self care at a deeper level. There will focus on breathing as well as tuning your awareness into your mind and body. We hope this class serves you as a stepping stone into a yoga practice that you can come back to for a lifetime!"
To attend a virtual service through the Client Web App:
On the top menu, click My Schedule.
In Upcoming Schedule, under Action, click the Join Session button next to the service you want to attend.
If you do not have your first name, last name, and email address associated with your client profile, you will be directed to a Zoom sign up page. At this point, submit the required information.
If the service has not yet started, the time at which the virtual service is expected to begin will be displayed. If the service has started, Zoom will launch, and your virtual service will begin.
