Your Spine is Your Lifeline. This progressive class series has a beautiful blend of practices to attend to your spine.
Release tension in your neck, shoulders, upper to mid-back, and lower spine using the BackMitra and a Deflated Muscle Release Ball. Mindful movement practices to cultivate the right kind of strength, functional stability, and mobility to support optimal posture for optimal health. Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience as we progressively build on each class inviting each student to set their own pace, manage their experience with an experienced guide.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING
As it is recommended to reduce the amount of sharing we have reduced what props can be used at that studio.
While stocks last we will have props for sale, please ask staff.
Whilst you don't have your own props;
Please bring two (2) pillowcases to wrap both ends of a studio bolster.
Plastic covered blocks are available, please spray and wipe after use.
Yoga Mats can be cleaned and hung to dry
You can also bring make do props from home like cushions, blankets/large towels/sarong, soft belt/strap, etc.
To keep the space as clean as possible for you and others:
Please leave shoes at the ground level
Entry into the studio is via staircase to your RIGHT. (follow signs)
Please sanitize or wash hands in the kitchen area before entering the studio.
Take all valuables with you inside the studio.
Cleaning products supplied to wipe any borrowed props.
Please clean the area around your yoga mat before leaving.
Exit studio via a second staircase off studio.

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you could potentially lose the payment for the class. The owner has the right to be flexible depending on the reason. Please contact the studio to discuss.
