Our instructors lead the class by suggesting goals (RPMs, watts, MPH, etc.), but it is YOUR ride. This class is perfect for anyone looking to burn calories, build a different kind of strength in their legs, or improve cardiovascular health. We welcome the fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist, serious racer, or those who are brand new to cycling or fitness in general. ALL levels are welcome.</span></p>
