Ashtanga 2.0 is now our Ashtanga Full Primary Series. Ashtanga is the foundation, the roots, to our Vinyasa lineage with a set basic format for every class. We are reminded of the traditional style that came from India which we set to music and add our own teaching flair. Come prepared to stay in postures a little longer than our flowing Vinyasa classes- although the class is not heated, bring a towel, you will still sweat, a lot.

If you have a hard time reaching your feet you may want to use a strap and a block to assist with some postures. That being said, the greatest prop we could ever have is our own breath. Our body as it is, is all that is necessary- enjoy!
