Pilates-60 is a powerful 60-minute mat class featuring most of the basic to advanced exercises in the repertoire created by Joseph Pilates. These classes take place in a group setting where you will use your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Each exercise will have a modification if needed, as well as a progression for those wishing to deepen their practice and challenge themselves.

In an abundance of caution and safety for all, we do have In-Studio protocols:
Max # of Sign Ups per IN-STUDIO Class: 8 people. After 8 people sign up, one can sign up for the waiting list to be notified if there is an opening.
Due to the limited spaces available and the implementing of the wait list, late cancel and no show will be counted. To avoid using your class credit, please early cancel (an hour before class) by logging in and canceling or contacting us.
We ask that you please bring your own mat and props to use for class. We will have mats for sale. If you are traveling and can not purchase a mat, we will have some available for a $2 rental fee.
