This All Levels vinyasa flow class will begin and end with
some breath work to calm the mind and steady the heart rate.
Students are encouraged to deepen postures as much as they like
according to individual needs. We will move through a series of
standing poses, creating a flow and focusing on opening up and
stretching the muscles of the chest, shoulders, and hamstrings,
lengthening the spine, and, in the process, innervate the nervous
system, increasing the natural energy level of the body.
