Restorative Yoga & Meditation for Stress Relief

In this 6-week yoga series, you will restore the body and mind, while relieving stress by using restorative yoga poses, meditation and breathing techniques help make it easier for you to relax and let go of any unnecessary tension weighing you down.
This series is excellent for beginners. Each class will include a restorative yoga sequence, where you will use yoga props to hold you in your poses, so you are able to surrender for 3-5 minutes at a time, and a guided meditation, specifically intended to help you relax and let go of stress.
With each class, you will also learn a new stress relieving breathing exercise that you'll be able can take home with you.

IN-PERSON CLASS:
Our intention here at The Limber Tree Yoga Studio is to stay a safe place where you can come without worry and feel completely at ease. We just ask you to be mindful and keep a 6ft distance between yourself and others.
Masks are not required for this class. You can wear a mask but it's also okay if you don't.
