Your feet are base. They carry
around your body weight all day, but yet we still sometimes forget
to tend to them.
In this 4-week yoga series,
we will use yoga balancing poses and deep stretches to strengthen
the ankles, improve your balance and the physical health of your
feet. Each week, we will practice balancing yoga sequences,
beginning with simple balancing poses and working our way up to
more challenging poses. At the end of class, you will
be led into a grounding guided meditation intended to help you
reach a balanced and tranquil mind. You will walk away from
this practice, having learned the importance of creating balance
within the body and mind.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instructor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
