If you are interested in beginning yoga or honing your yoga skills, enroll in TYF's Beginner's Workshop to experience definite growth, knowledge and strength in 4 weeks! Your expert instructor will break down each pose and answer any questions you have in a workshop setting. In a group environment, you will be supported by your fellow yogis and graduate as a group ready to attend yoga classes regularly. Each class we will build upon the last, learning a few poses each day.
Please come to class 20 minutes before class begins, eat a light meal or healthy snack no less than an hour or two before class. Be hydrated! Drink plenty of water with electrolytes! Bring water with you to drink during class.
Wear stretchy clothing you don't mind sweating in. It is always nice to have your own hand-towel and mat, but we do rent these items at the studio!
