Start here if you’ve never taken an Aerial Yoga/yoga class before or its your first few times. As we get to know our swing, this class is light-hearted and includes a lot of laughs. If you’re a mat yogi or new to the practice entirely, this class is the perfect starting point designed to welcome students into the aerial hammock while walking them through the basics.
Students will gain the tools they need to learn balance and stability while supported by the hammock, learn basic flips and tricks and handling techniques. You’ll learn body awareness and experience the bliss that is an inversion! Come release pressure off of the spine, flip your perspective and try something fun!
