This is a slow paced, relaxing and restorative practice, that holds deep releasing stretches for a longer period of time. This class takes place in a "low swing", a few inches off the ground and is also great for beginners of Aerial Yoga. The practice moves to a full inversion (optional- many remain in a low swing inversion) to fully decompress the spine, feel longer and taller. Class ends with a yummy Floating Savasana in your very own cocoon to melt all your stresses away! Do you sit at a desk all day? Have back or hip pain?
