Yoga for Anxiety will focus on reconnecting our minds
awareness to our body’s movement guided by our breath. This class
is for BEGINNERS, no experience is required/necessary! This is a
safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment, no hands on, no
physical assists. We encourage cultivating a positive relationship,
while allowing the healing process to begin/continue. The main
objective is noticing how we feel, triggers, and making healthy
choices to give you back control of your life back.
