<p>This online class teaches kids (ages 5 to 12) the fundamentals of yoga asana as well as mindfulness and meditation in a safe, creative, fun environment. Each class includes yoga poses and learning the body alignment that is essential to safe practice. We also will explore the breath and play interactive games and sing songs that spark the creativity of the mind. Each class ends with with an original guided meditation for children and savasana (relaxation pose).</p>
