This online class teaches kids (ages 5 to 12) the fundamentals of yoga asana as well as mindfulness and meditation in a safe, creative, fun environment. Each class includes yoga poses and learning the body alignment that is essential to safe practice. We also will explore the breath and play interactive games and sing songs that spark the creativity of the mind. Each class ends with with an original guided meditation for children and savasana (relaxation pose).
This class is for kids, ages 5 to 12 years.
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
Or you may also join the class using the Zoom link which will be emailed to you when the instructor enters the meeting.
