Pilates MAT is a system of exercises designed to strengthen,
stretch, tone, improve posture, provide flexibility and balance,
and unite the body and mind. This class will “awaken” the postural
muscles that support the core. It is suitable for all levels and is
a great compliment to other athletic and yoga classes and life
movement.
