This class offers a mix of strength and gentleness to create a
yoga experience especially tailored to meet the needs of pregnant
woman. By using breath awareness during active postures we
strengthen the body and mind in preparation for labor. Restorative
postures are also practiced to facilitate deep relaxation and
connectedness with one's body (and baby!). Physical discomforts due
to a woman's changing body are addressed. All levels welcome.
